Jo Kenney is a long-time Atlanta resident and an experienced REALTOR® serving the metro area. Jo's special ability to listen to her client's needs makes her the ideal agent to help clients in the buying and selling process! Jo is a lifetime member of her local boards Top Producers Club and was the 2003 President of her local WCR Chapter, earning the 2003 small Chapter of the Year Excellence Award. She was the recipient of her local boards “Realtor Spirit Award” and was named Member of the Year for both her local and state Women’s Council of REALTOR® s chapter in 2009. Jo was the 2013 REALTOR of the Year for her local association. She has served on her local Association’s Board of Directors for seven years as well as State Director for the Georgia Association of Realtors for eight years. She will be the 2017 Chair of the Georgia REALTORs Professional Standards committee.
 

Jo has been involved in Women’s Council of REALTOR®s  for many years and served as the 2014 National President.

 

Jo has a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Art History degree from the University of Northern Colorado and did post graduate work at Parson’s School of Design in New York City.

 

Jo and her husband Steven have been married for 41 years and have two beautiful rescues - Beau, who is a terrier/spaniel/pointer mix, and Stella, a frisky Jack Russell terrier. When not selling homes, Jo loves to garden, fish, and read, and travel is her favorite way to spend time and money!
